Debra Welsh, Esq. is an associate who has accumulated significant bankruptcy and family law experience since graduating Hofstra Law School in 1994. Debra attained her undergraduate degree from St. John's University and is admitted in both New York and New Jersey. Debra has successfully prosecuted matters in the Supreme Court, the Family Court and the Appellate Division. She regularly appears before the matrimonial judges in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Bronx and New York Counties, where she has successfully handled matters involving custody, visitation, child support, maintenance & Orders of Protection . In Federal Court, Debra has represented both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 matters, including litigated actions. Debra lives with her husband Michael, and their sons, Ryan, Connor and Sean, in East Meadow. |
