John P. Brooke, Esq. is an associate who joins the firm with experience in general litigation, negligence and bankruptcy matters.  A 2006 graduate of the California Western School of Law, John clerked in law school for the Hon.  Leonard Wexler, a Senior Federal Judge.  John primarily handles litigation and bankruptcy matters for the firm. Raised in Holbrook, New York, John received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Hofstra University, majoring in finance and banking.

John is admitted to practice law in New York State and in the federal courts.  He is a member of the American, New York State and Suffolk County Bar associations.  He currently resides in his hometown of Holbrook.
