Desiree Lovell Fusco, Esq. is an associate who
joined the firm in September, 2005.
Desiree, a 2003 graduate from Fordham Law School, joins us after
a stint as a Robert L. Doan Honors Associate with the New York
City Housing Authority. Experienced in litigation and appeals,
Desiree participates in all aspects of the practice, with an
emphasis on trust and estate matters, wills and estate planning, and general business litigation.
Desiree has successfully appeared before the Appellate Division, both on the brief and in oral argument. She has shepherded estates, both large and relatively small, throughout the probate process, including litigated matters.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Desiree earned her Bachelor's
degree from Hamilton College, in upstate New York, and her Master's
Degree from Union College. Prior to and during law school, she
worked as a corporate paralegal for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
Desiree is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in both the Federal and New York State Courts. Desiree is a past President of the Mineola chapter of Business Network International.
Desiree resides in Inwood with her husband Michael, and their
children Michaela and Luke.
