    Debra Welsh, Esq. is a senior associate who has accumulated significant matrimonial/family law and bankruptcy experience since graduating Hofstra Law School in 1994. Debra attained her undergraduate degree from St. John's University and is admitted in both the federal and New York State courts.

    Debra has successfully prosecuted matters in the Supreme Court, the Family Court and the Appellate Division. She regularly appears before the Family Court and matrimonial judges in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and the five boroughs.  She has successfully represented clients in divorce actions, post-divorce matters (such as support and custody enforcement actions) and petitions involving custody, visitation, child support, maintenance & Orders of Protection.

    In Federal Court, Debra has represented both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 matters, including litigated actions.

    Debra is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, and the matrimonial section of the NCBA.

    Debra lives in East Meadow with her husband Michael, and their children, Ryan, Connor, Sean and Kate.
