Bruce V. Hillowe, J.D., PhD. has been of counsel to the firm for over ten years. Bondi and Iovino calls on his services for the areas of law in which he concentrates his practice.
Bruce holds both a Doctorate in Psychology and a Law Degree and has emphasized his practice in the area of health law. He received his undergraduate degree in 1976 from Binghamton University, his law degree from Duke University in 1980 and his doctorate from Adelphi University in 1986.
Bruce has written extensively on legal issues affecting psychotherapists and their patients. He provides comprehensive services for health care professionals, including the purchase and sale of practices, license counseling, etc. Bruce is a neutral evaluator and mediator for the United States District Court and is a member of the Nassau County and American Bar Associations.
